Caressing the city es un proceso de mapeo afectivo que se socializa a través de recorridos o instalaciones coreográficas, que a su vez componen y activan nuevos mapas afectivos. Busca visibilizar las relaciones que se establecen cotidianamente entre el territorio y sus habitantes, dialogando con la arquitectura, los espacios comunes (públicos o privados), el uso de esos espacios y los afectos involucrados. 

Ha sido realizado en una versión de dos semanas en Movimiento Sur, Plataforma Internacional de Danza Contemporánea y Artes Escénicas para Latinoamérica, llevada a cabo en Santiago y Valparaíso, Chile, 2018; y en un proceso de tres meses en Friedrichshagen, Berlín, Alemania en 2019, como parte del programa de Residencias en el Extranjero del Fondo Nacional para la Cultural y las Artes (FONCA), México.

Caressing the city is an affective mapping process that is socialized through tours or choreographic installations, which in turn compose and activate new affective maps. It seeks to make visible the relationships that are established daily between the territory and its inhabitants, dialoguing with architecture, common spaces (public or private), the use of those spaces and the affections involved.

It has been performed in a two-week version in Movimiento Sur, International Platform for Contemporary Dance and Performing Arts for Latin America, held in Santiago and Valparaíso, Chile, 2018; and in a three-month process in Friedrichshagen, Berlin, Germany in 2019, as part of the Residency Abroad program of the National Fund for Cultural and Arts (FONCA), Mexico.
